We are looking for a Software Delivery Manager who has a balanced experience in programme management, project management, and product management.
Responsibilities
In this wide-ranging role, I will expect you to:
- Collaborate with Heads of Delivery, Engineering Managers, Account Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and engineering teams across the business.
- Understand delivery structures, team capacity, and organizational setup.
- Gain insights into product capabilities and services across multiple customers.
- Support prioritization of delivery plans with input from customers, engineering, and business teams.
- Maintain awareness of customer deployments, including site and sensor coverage.
- Identify delivery options based on feature requirements and available resources.
- Coordinate with engineering leads and teams on project and product execution.
- Align with product teams to track feature status, scope, quality, and readiness.
- Ensure clear, timely communication across all stakeholders.
- Support the estimation of delivery timelines and associated costs.
- Own and manage high-level delivery plans and track/report progress.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
