Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, IT Security, or System Administration roles.
- Strong expertise in LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory / Azure / O365, Federated Authentication, Key and Certificate Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- In-depth understanding of the IAM lifecycle, with proven experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level Identity and Access Management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support IAM systems, solutions, and processes, including Privileged and Conditional Access.
- Manage and monitor identity services such as Active Directory, both on-premises and in Azure.
- Take charge of critical technologies like LDAP, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in SailPoint, IAM, PAM, PKI, Varonis, SailPoint IdentityNow, and Permissions Management tools.
- Design smart solutions to integrate authentication and authorization frameworks into both new and existing applications, covering provisioning, de-provisioning, and full user lifecycle management.
- Drive continuous improvement of IAM platforms, with a strong focus on automation and self-service to boost efficiency, cut costs, and reduce risk.
- Oversee Azure Information Protection (AIP) labels, policies, and file activity to ensure sensitive data stays protected.
- Manage and optimize Azure Information Protection Scanner processes.
- Keep documentation clear, current, and accessible for IAM processes, policies, and technical configurations.
