Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in ERP or CRM environments. A thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365—specifically Finance & Operations, Business Central, and Customer Engagement—is preferred. Candidates should possess strong business process knowledge in one or more areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or Manufacturing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project methodology is a must. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
As an ERP Consultant, I will play a pivotal role in the implementation of MS Dynamics Software into third-party customers across sectors including service, manufacturing, distribution, and the public sector. My responsibilities will include conducting business requirement analysis and solution design that aligns with client business processes. I will implement solutions efficiently, adhering to established project methodologies encompassing the Design, Develop, and Deploy phases. Collaboration with internal professional services teams—including consulting leads, project managers, and technical developers—will be key, along with liaising with support teams to resolve issues and ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations. I will also foster and manage ongoing client relationships during and after project delivery.
