Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst within IT or technology-focused environments.
- I value demonstrable experience in delivering business analysis for complex IT projects, ideally across both public and private sectors.
- I seek strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- I expect experience in producing high-quality requirements and business process documentation.
- You should be able to identify, assess, and resolve requirements-related risks and issues.
- Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall delivery methodologies is important.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Youll lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand business processes and define needs.
- It will be your job to translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements for technical delivery teams.
- I expect you to support the development and implementation of new and existing software solutions.
- Youll create and maintain business analysis artifacts, including process documentation, user stories, and workflow maps.
- Its important that you collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and wider teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- I need you to contribute to defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Youll identify requirements-related risks or issues and propose mitigating strategies.
- Maintaining strong communication channels between clients and internal teams will be crucial.
- I look forward to your support in ongoing improvements within the business analysis function.
- Youll also participate in project reviews, including post-implementation and lessons-learned activities.
Description
- I would appreciate any business analysis certification (e.g., IIBA, BCS, or equivalent) that you hold, as well as experience working on enterprise-level software implementations.
