1st Line IT Support

This position, based in York, plays a key role in maintaining and supporting IT systems across multiple locations. You will work within a small digital team, contributing directly to a variety of projects while gaining hands-on experience in IT operations, diagnostics, and user support. Occasional travel to other UK sites, including Slough and Livingston, will be required. This is a varied and rewarding IT support role within a collaborative team environment. You will have the opportunity to work on a mix of hands-on technical support and system improvement projects while developing your skills across multiple platforms and technologies. The salary for this position is £26,500, with additional benefits including a pension, 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
