Requirements
Must:
- Third-level qualification in an engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in manufacturing and/or customer-facing environments
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Familiarity with quality tools and techniques
- A second European language is advantageous (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Assurance team to achieve departmental goals
- Lead internal and external defect analysis and improvement initiatives
- Drive reject reduction and non-conformance management across production
- Conduct internal audits and ensure process adherence to control plans
- Manage third-party rework activities and liaise with customers to resolve quality issues
- Support continuous improvement activities including 8D reviews and Kaizen events
- Prepare inspection plans, quality standards, and CMM programs
- Perform statistical analysis and support new product launches with PPAP documentation
- Manage supplier performance and maintain ISO compliance
