Must:
- Several years experience in HR Project Management
- Experience at Programme Manager level (or ready to step up)
- Background in HRIS / HR systems or HR environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery
- Strong commercial awareness
- SAP SuccessFactors experience is a bonus, not essential
- Must be fluent in English and able to work UK core hours
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of HRIS implementation projects
- Manage and develop a team of Delivery Managers
- Own programme governance, reporting, and performance (KPIs, commercials, utilisation)
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Act as senior escalation points for clients and internal teams
- Engage in client steering committees and senior stakeholder management
- Ensure quality, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes
- Stay hands-on, leading selected projects where needed
- Deliver weekly SLT reporting (Teamwork)
