Must:
We are looking for candidates with experience in service design, improvement, or delivery in a complex environment that combines analogue and digital channels with legacy technology. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to use evidence and insight to inform decisions and drive improvements. You should possess experience in embedding user-centred design principles to ensure service delivery is inclusive and responsive. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required.
Responsibilities
As the Service Owner, you will define the Home Energy Scotland end-to-end service, establishing appropriate governance processes and leading a multidisciplinary team. You will adapt delivery methodologies and promote collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders. Advocating for the continuous use of user insights, you will guide teams through governance processes such as service assessments to ensure standards are met. Furthermore, you will support and coach key stakeholders in creating and implementing a successful long-term strategy and tactical approach.
Description
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £57,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, with part-time or job share salaries calculated pro rata. Your work hours will be flexible, with options for home-based, blended, or fully office-based arrangements from our office in Edinburgh.
