Technical Lead

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure each is completed successfully to a high standard - Lead specific projects from initial brief to final delivery - Work independently and as part of a team - Provide input and guidance as an expert/specialist to internal and external teams - Produce documentation and guidelines detailing best practices, project plans, and technical drawings - Manage client liaison and communications when leading a project directly - Determine and secure resources required to complete each project - Attend client meetings and respond to client concerns and questions - Monitor project scope throughout the planning process and adjust as necessary - Assist sales and operations teams in determining equipment needs and technical solutions - Act as the Technical leader and dedicated point of contact during events - Manage all phases of event technical execution from prep to completion - Communicate project plans and manage client expectations - Manage project changes including schedule, equipment, or workforce modifications - Mentor and communicate with team members on event execution and best practices - Conduct post-event debriefs to assess project delivery and identify improvements - Manage resources to align with the approved budget and communicate changes to sales - Actively seek upsell opportunities and assist with post-event client invoices - Ensure compliance with all policies, including data security and health and safety regulations - Conduct internal and client debrief reviews for events and identify areas for improvement - Continue to develop capabilities and expertise via internal and external resources - Participate in regular Production meetings to improve delivery processes and SOPs
