- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role.
- Strong understanding of software development workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into structured documentation.
- Experience working with UI/UX teams.
- Comfortability in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with agile project delivery.
- Understanding of APIs, data flows, or technical concepts.
- Experience with tools like Figma, ClickUp, Jira, or Notion.

Responsibilities
In this hybrid Product Owner/Business Analyst role, you will:
- Take high-level product ideas and break them down into clear workflows and requirements.
- Work closely with our UI/UX designer to create intuitive user journeys.
- Create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support engineering leads in understanding scope and timelines.
- Coordinate delivery, track progress, and ensure features meet quality expectations.
- Act as the bridge between Operations and Engineering for alignment.
- Bring structure and clarity to our fast-moving product organization.
Key Areas of Focus include:
- Product Discovery & Requirements: Translate product vision into detailed requirements, map workflows, conduct requirement sessions with stakeholders, and document features clearly.
- Design Collaboration: Work directly with the UI/UX designer, define user journeys, and validate UI/UX flows for usability.
- Backlog & Delivery Management: Write epics, stories, and acceptance criteria, prioritize work with Operations, prepare sprint-ready tickets for engineering, and support estimation and release planning.
- Cross-Team Communication: Serve as the central point between Operations and Engineering, communicate scope and timelines clearly, and track delivery progress.
- Quality & Testing Support: Review completed features against requirements, ensure acceptance criteria are met, and support UAT and release readiness.
