- Ability to mentor and guide team members
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 15+ developers, ensuring effective project delivery
- Lead the design and development of new software solutions
- Integrate with vendor systems as necessary
- Organize on-call support and manage established SDLC processes
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to deliver advanced technical solutions
- Act as a key escalation point for development team issues
- Interpret financial information and design financial models
- Ensure incremental value delivery to users in an Agile environment
- Keep up to date with new technologies and advise on best practices
- Foster a high-performing culture within the development team
