Requirements
Must:
- IT Support experience (hardware/software/troubleshooting): Essential
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment: Desirable
- Knowledge of Inkscape and Photoshop: Desirable

Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day production activities.
- Support Production teams with equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Operate Production and Laser machines, support the production schedule, and complete orders as requested.
- Provide first-line IT support across hardware, software, and network systems.
- Support Operatives with production systems and software.
- Liaise with external IT Providers where required.
