Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading Operations within a manufacturing, assembly or product-based environment
- Strong understanding of production, supply chain, procurement, warehousing and logistics
- Experience scaling operational capability within growing businesses
- Commercially aware with a strong customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in entrepreneurial or founder-led environments
- A hands-on leader capable of introducing structure, systems and operational discipline
- Experience implementing operational KPIs, planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder leadership and team development capability
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-5 year Operations strategy aligned to company growth objectives
- Lead and integrate Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Warehousing and Logistics into a cohesive operational function
- Own Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand, production capacity and supply
- Introduce operational KPIs, dashboards and reporting to provide real-time business visibility
- Identify and implement automation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives
- Build strong supplier relationships and optimise global supply chain performance
- Improve production planning, inventory management and fulfilment efficiency
- Manage operational budgets including COGS, labour and working capital
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and logistics
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and health & safety standards
