Requirements
Must:
- C# .NET development (.NET Core) with large-scale system experience
- LINQ / Entity Framework
- Experience working with large data sets and complex processing systems
- Strong experience with GIT source control and JIRA
- Requirements analysis and system scoping experience
- 10+ years commercial software development experience (senior level)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Frontend frameworks such as Angular or React (desirable)
- Mobile app development (iOS/Android) (desirable)
- Cloud hosting experience (AWS or Azure) (desirable)
- API / Microservices architecture (desirable)
- NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MongoDB Atlas) (desirable)
- Kubernetes and Docker containerisation (desirable)
- Agile development methodology (desirable)
- Eager to learn and adopt new technologies (personal attribute)
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently (personal attribute)
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to colleagues and clients (personal attribute)
- Mentoring skills to support junior team members (personal attribute)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain large-scale backend systems using C# .NET / .NET Core
- Work on requirements analysis, system scoping and solution architecture
- Build backend solutions to support web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems and produce high-quality user interfaces
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge across the team
- Integrate systems with external platforms such as Salesforce, Xero or Microsoft Dynamics
