Requirements

- Basic IT knowledge or previous exposure to software projects (desirable, not essential).
- Strong communication skills – able to explain issues clearly.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Degree not required – what matters is mindset and drive.
Responsibilities
- Test web and mobile applications to ensure they work as expected.
- Spot bugs, glitches, and issues before customers do.
- Document problems clearly and work with developers to get them fixed.
- Run both manual and automated test scripts (training provided).
- Contribute ideas to improve quality and user experience.
