Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in end point administration using Intune, Autopilot, MS Configuration Manager with Defender and Sentinel for Security
- Proven track record as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with 3rd line support experience
- Practical experience with Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Office 365
- Familiarity with infrastructure that includes MacOS and IOS is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support and act as a technical lead on infrastructure projects
- Manage and administer end point systems using Intune and other tools
- Participate in BAU support while handling various project work
- Collaborate with teams to maintain an up-to-date technical infrastructure
