Must:

- Background in Finance Sector, specifically Insurance and/or Pensions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in developing B2C self-service portals is advantageous
- Practical experience in identifying and documenting As Is processes
- Ability to document and secure sponsorship for To Be processes that improve productivity
- Experience integrating with third-party managed back-end enterprise systems

- Work in a client-facing role

- Handle high volumes of regulated data
- Identify and document current (As Is) processes
- Document and gain sponsorship for future (To Be) processes
