Must:
- Proven experience as a Visualfiles developer
- Strong knowledge of Visualfiles customisations, including workflows, screen layouts, and document production
- Experience in 3rd line support for Visualfiles
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and customise the Visualfiles environment
- Create and modify workflows and screen layouts
- Manage document production within Visualfiles
- Act as a Visualfiles Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Serve as a 3rd line escalation point for Visualfiles support issues
