Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of ServiceNow consultancy or high-level administration experience
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a must
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or Discovery is highly preferred
- Expert-level JavaScript (Glide API) skills
- Experience with HTML/CSS for Portal work
- Proven experience with Discovery, MID Servers, and Service Mapping
- Consultative mindset to proactively address stakeholder needs
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (specifically ITSM and ITOM)
- Write clean, performant JavaScript and develop Service Portals
- Create sophisticated Workflows and Flow Designers
- Own the health of the CMDB and configure Discovery schedules
- Ensure infrastructure data accuracy, including Data Centre assets
- Build and maintain robust integrations using IntegrationHub, Spoke, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Manage clones, upgrades, and ensure best-practice development to minimize technical debt
