Requirements
Must:
- I require a candidate with 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are essential, as the developer in this role will be the right-hand person to the Development Manager.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a must.
- I need someone with demonstrated experience in troubleshooting production issues and debugging across complex organizations.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (REST & SOAP) is required.
- Candidates should be comfortable leading technical workshops and training sessions with end-users.
- A strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach to following processes and ensuring accuracy, is important.
- The ability to manage a varied workload, use initiative to solve problems, and identify areas for improvement is necessary.
- Clear communication skills are needed to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- I expect you to resolve critical issues as they arise, ensuring clients maximize the value of the Salesforce platform without compromising on quality or compliance.
