Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of end-point administration using Intune, Autopilot, and MS Configuration Manager
- Experience with Defender and Sentinel for security
- Proven ability to provide 3rd line support
- Technical leadership in infrastructure projects
- Practical experience with Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Office 365
- Familiarity with infrastructure that includes MacOS and IOS is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support for infrastructure issues
- Act as a technical lead on infrastructure projects
- Administer end-point solutions using Intune and Autopilot
- Manage and configure MS Configuration Manager
- Ensure security using Defender and Sentinel
- Engage in both BAU support and project work
