Must:
We are seeking an experienced Senior EUC Engineer who possesses extensive experience in providing 2nd and 3rd line support specifically for Microsoft EUC environments. You must be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the O365 applications suite. Additionally, you should have experience with Intune, Active Directory, and SCCM, while knowledge of Apple iOS will be considered an advantage. To thrive in this role, you will need to showcase an in-depth knowledge of O365 and demonstrate experience using Intune, particularly in the implementation of autopilot and application packaging.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will primarily provide 3rd line support, with some involvement in 2nd line support and project work. As part of a small specialized EUC support team, you will take on the responsibilities of both a technical lead and a mentor for your colleagues.

This is a hybrid position that necessitates being present at our client’s office in Brighton for 6 days each month.
