Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Strong background in the Finance Sector, particularly in Insurance and/or Pensions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in developing B2C self-service portals is advantageous
- Practical experience in identifying and documenting As Is processes
- Ability to document and secure sponsorship for To Be processes
- Knowledge of integrating with third-party managed back-end enterprise systems
Responsibilities
- Work in a client-facing role to understand product requirements
- Identify, document, and improve existing processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure sponsorship for new processes
- Develop and integrate a suite of self-service portals
- Handle high volumes of regulated data efficiently
- Participate in hybrid work, attending the office 2 days a week
