Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the iGaming industry.
- A strong background in managing product delivery cycles, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.
- Experience in introducing structure into a growing environment and support for junior team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple configurations, client setups, and detailed platform documentation.
- Confidence in collaborating with engineering, QA, operations, commercial, and client-facing teams.
- Familiarity with platform integrations, including game providers, payments, CRM/loyalty systems, and KYC/AML processes.
- A strong understanding of player behavior, user journeys, and engagement within gaming environments.
- Comfort in working in a fast-paced and evolving iGaming environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day product operations to ensure the platform remains stable and operates smoothly.
- Manage and refine the roadmap and backlog to make priorities clear across the business.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, QA, operational teams, and commercial leads to move features from concept to release, ensuring they meet client expectations and enhance player engagement.
- Maintain accurate game configurations and provider integrations, while managing compliance requirements.
- Build a structured internal hub for specifications, documentation, and release notes.
- Act as a key communication point for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
- Support long-term planning and assist in defining product evolution across multiple brands and markets.
- As the function grows, assist in hiring, mentoring, and supporting a small product team.
