Requirements
Must:
- Experience leading a small team of test engineers
- Strong technical lead experience in automated testing
- Proficient with mainstream automated test solutions such as Selenium, Leapwork, or Microsoft RSAT
- Ability to develop complex test scripts
- Experience mentoring individuals with limited automated testing experience
- Background in testing web applications and web portals is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers
- Introduce and develop automated testing solutions in a mixed environment
- Oversee the development of complex test scripts
- Collaborate with team members to enhance testing processes
- Ensure high quality and efficiency in automated testing efforts
Description
We are looking for a Lead Automated Test Engineer to join our organization, which has a strong reputation for investing in the development of our people and promoting internally whenever possible. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in our clients office.
