Must:
I am looking for a talented D365 Solution Architect who has an in-depth understanding of D365 CRM / Case Management. To be successful in this role, you should have practical experience in creating and implementing a robust solutions architecture that integrates the D365 CRM / Case Management modules into our wider predominantly Microsoft Cloud architecture. A familiarity with Microsoft Licensing complexities will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will lead the integration of D365 CRM / Case Management with our core business applications and wider Power Platform applications. You will collaborate closely with the development team to provide guidance and ensure the delivery of a stable, secure D365 environment. Your responsibilities will also include replacing legacy applications and successfully migrating sensitive data.
