Requirements
Must:
- Practical experience leading a small team of test engineers
- Experience as a technical lead in automated testing
- Proficiency in mainstream automated test solutions such as Selenium, Leapwork, or Microsoft RSAT
- Ability to develop complex test scripts
- Mentorship experience for individuals with limited automated testing experience
- Experience with testing web applications and web portals is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of test engineers in the introduction and development of automated testing
- Act as a technical lead in a mixed testing environment
- Develop and execute complex test scripts
- Mentor team members on automated testing practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance testing processes
Description
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Lead Automated Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position requires you to be in our clients office two days a week.
