We are looking for candidates with a solid foundation in IT infrastructure. Ideally, you should have experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Exchange (including installation, migrations, and administration), networking (switches, firewalls, routers), as well as knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, preferably Veeam. Experience with VMware vSphere/Virtualization is desirable. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer communication skills are essential. This opportunity is best for individuals currently working as a 2nd Line Engineer, 3rd Line Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Infrastructure Support Analyst who are eager to advance towards a Professional Services or Project Engineer role.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist in delivering IT infrastructure and cloud projects for our clients across the UK. You will support with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange migrations. Gaining hands-on experience with VMware, Veeam, networking, and disaster recovery solutions is part of the job. You will also produce accurate technical and project documentation, act as a point of escalation for complex troubleshooting issues, and work closely with our Technical Consultants and Pre-Sales Engineers to validate solutions. Developing strong customer-facing and consultancy skills is vital, and we encourage continuous improvement through training, certifications, and mentoring.
