Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows desktop and server issues
- Experience managing users, permissions, and policies within Active Directory / Entra ID
- Familiarity with networking issues
- Ability to escalate and collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues
- Experience assisting with onboarding projects, migrations, and hardware deployments
- Capable of providing both remote and onsite support as required
- Exposure to Intune, Azure, and backup technologies
Responsibilities
- Support users across Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop and server issues

We are a growing IT Services business located in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, seeking to add an IT Support Technician to our team.
