Requirements
Must:
- Experience delivering automation or workflow solutions in a Microsoft environment
- Strong working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Platform, or similar RPA tools
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, and data concepts (SQL, ETL basics)
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience driving process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Comfortable working with external partners and suppliers
- Exposure to Azure tools (e.g. Data Factory, integrations) (Desirable)
- Experience within public sector or regulated environments (Desirable)
- Understanding of data governance and information management (Desirable)
Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver automation opportunities across business functions
- Design and build workflow automation and system integrations
- Work within a Microsoft stack environment (Power Platform, Azure-based tools)
- Collaborate with third-party delivery partners to implement scalable solutions
- Support data movement and integration across systems where required
- Track and report on outcomes including efficiency gains and cost savings
- Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate into solutions
