Requirements
Must:
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Proficient in supporting Microsoft 365, Windows laptops, iPads, audio visual equipment, printers, and other networked devices
- Experience with Intune and Jamf is highly advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Willingness to work Saturday mornings with a corresponding day off during the week
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for technical issues
- Assist with troubleshooting of hardware and software problems
- Collaborate with the IT helpdesk team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Utilize in-house and 3rd party training to enhance technical knowledge
- Ensure successful completion of safeguarding procedures
Description
We are a leading independent school located in Central London, seeking a valued IT technician to join our collaborative IT helpdesk. This role involves providing technical support to our staff and students, working alongside a dedicated team. This position includes support for Saturday classes, requiring occasional Saturday morning work with a corresponding day off during the week.
