Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019+ administration
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Linux (CentOS/Debian) (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAGE200 or similar systems (desirable)
- Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) (desirable)
- Understanding of IT security principles and best practices (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, and networking issues across head office and retail locations
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows 11 desktops and Windows Server 2019+ environments
- Assist with SAGE200 and other business-critical applications
- Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Participate in IT projects such as equipment rollouts and upgrades
- Prepare for store openings and manage IT setup
- Deploy and manage mobile devices
- Ensure systems adhere to security best practices and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
