Must:

- Power BI mastery – data modelling, DAX, report development, and deployment best practices.
- Analytical mindset – able to turn raw data into clear recommendations.
- Effective communication – presenting insights and collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Attention to detail and strong organisation skills, delivering accurate analyses on tight timelines.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with Microsoft Fabric, SSIS/SSRS, or other BI tools.
- Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud environments (e.g. Azure).
Responsibilities
- Extract & model data using SQL: design, optimize, and maintain queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports: from data ingestion to visualisation and interactive dashboards.
- Analyse KPIs and generate actionable insights to support stakeholders across sales, finance, operations, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope new analytics requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Document processes and champion clean, well-structured data governance practices.
