Requirements
Must:
- A-Level or equivalent
- IT Technician: 2 years of experience
- Call Centre IT support: 1 year of experience preferred
- Basic understanding of Outlook, Power Automate, and document creation packages within Microsoft 365
- Confident knowledge of Excel and data handling
- Strong IT skills and basic knowledge of hardware and software
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently
- Eager to learn with a positive, can-do attitude
- Self-starting problem solver who can work under direction and know when to escalate issues
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and testing of new hardware and software
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network, software, and hardware issues
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades
- Administer and support our CRM and dialler system
- Act as the first point of contact for end-user issues
- Log all incident details in the Service Desk and keep them updated, escalating to the second line when necessary
- Ensure all designated ICT systems are operated and maintained to appropriate standards
