Requirements
Must:
- Experience in the apparel or fashion industry
- Understanding of ERP-style software
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid IT skills
- Friendly and confident approach when working with customers
- Experience in customer support or account management (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Learn how our applications function
- Understand how different customers use our applications
- Identify and document new requirements
- Work with new clients to review their processes
- Guide clients through implementation
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Maintain clear documentation of visits, issues, and progress
- Handle help desk enquiries and investigate problems
- Suggest solutions and collaborate with developers and testers when changes are needed

In this role, you will blend customer support, account management, and hands-on work with our software.
