Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for a Software Engineering, Computer Science Degree, BSc, BEng or HND qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
- We require experience with C++, ROS and ROS2.
- We require strong experience with control systems.
- We require experience with motion planning.
- We require experience with Docker, CI/CD and unit testing.
- We require hardware integration experience with robotic platforms.
- We require experience working within robotics.
Responsibilities
- We develop control algorithms to improve the performance of robotic systems.
- We work closely with the wider team to ensure quality across the full software lifecycle.
- We produce clear technical documentation covering system requirements.
- We contribute to all stages of the system development lifecycle from concept to production.
- We test, debug and verify C++ code.
- We support field testing of robotic systems in real-world environments.
Description
We are a pioneering Robotics and Technology company recruiting for a Robotics Control Engineer on a full-time permanent basis. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel, offering the opportunity to work across the full software lifecycle and contribute to innovative robotic systems from concept through to production. We value collaboration, technical quality and real-world testing as part of a dynamic team environment.
