Requirements
Must:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in a B2B environment, ideally with 3 years in Product Management or similar role.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of MV Switchgear applications in distribution networks (including transformers, busbars, UPS).
- Experience in Data Center, Utility, and Industrial markets.
- Familiarity with IEC/EU standards and ability to read electrical drawings.
- Sales engineering experience with major projects and value-based selling.
- Strong project lifecycle understanding and stakeholder management.
- Effective communication and leadership skills across cross-functional and intercultural teams.
- Strategic mindset with market and segment-specific application know-how.
- Curiosity and passion for MV/LV assemblies, modular trends, and digitalization.
- Project management and data-driven marketing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth of MVPD products by identifying and developing new opportunities across Data Centre, Utilities, Industrial and C&I segments.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align product portfolio to target segments and channel strategies.
- Measure, manage and drive product performance with focus on end-to-end profitability.
- Identify and understand customer needs, competitive environment, and market trends.
- Define product roadmap and manage product lifecycle based on customer feedback.
- Support partner engagement strategy including onboarding and training of installation and commissioning partners.
- Understand the complete E2E delivery model to support effective go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with sourcing, logistics, and operations for delivery readiness and serviceability.
- Promote product portfolio as integral components of efficient data centre infrastructure.
- Work with the MARCOM team to develop segment-specific materials and success stories.
- Implement, coordinate and conduct new product development.
- Drive efficiency and cost-out programs.
