EMEA Power Distribution Field Services Lead

- Standardize the design and produce Standard operating procedures for testing and commissioning. - Build Sales Operations SOP library and ensure that Field Service Engineers have access to the latest SOPs. - Maintain direct links with our hubs in Hengelo/The Netherlands and Ankara/Turkey and act as focal point for all technical exchange with Manufacturing, Engineering and Support at these facilities. - Work closely with EMEA Project Management Office, advising on commissioning considerations, attending Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and producing documents for field service execution. - Oversee technical escalations providing support to engineers and customers alike. Drive escalations to conclusion and complete technical reports as necessary. - Act as single point of contact and subject matter expert to provide technical support during the commissioning phase for EMEA Projects. - Lead the onboarding and training program for Senior Field Service Engineers specialized in operations for large projects including the certification of those, in alignment with the EMEA Technical & Training Lead. - Develop and deliver a Train The Trainer scheme to ensure the required field services competency and capability are available at the location where projects are executed. - Collaborate with EMEA Technical & Training Department on the development and continuous improvement of training centers according to the business needs. - Liaise with EHS Department to integrate critical EHS subjects (Electrical Safety and LOTO) on training program. - Be an active member of the Field Service Engagement Program, promoting best practice sharing and continue building the Field Service Community across the region. - Attend training courses on all company products and any other technical training that would enhance the level of support given to the Service Business Unit.
