IT Support Engineer

In this role, I will work for one of our clients as part of a Managed Service Provider (MSP). I will serve as the first point of contact, responsible for the day-to-day provision, management, support, and maintenance of all aspects of IT-related infrastructure as part of a small team, including outsourced functions. I will work on a broad and varied range of technologies, allowing me to develop my skill set. I need to be passionate about IT and technology in all its forms, which will present opportunities for growth. The role will involve travel to other sites across England and Scotland, and I am required to have a full UK driver's license. Occasionally, I may need to travel to our international sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress from a level 1 IT support role with extensive experience or for those with level 2 experience who have a passion for IT technology and seek a dynamic environment that offers fantastic opportunities for skill development. Please note, this role requires on-site presence with some flexibility; however, it is not a hybrid role.
