Responsibilities

- Work within our IT & Digital team to support the migration of our Idox suite of applications to the cloud version and manage the transition into Business as Usual (BAU). - Manage technical project issues and new requests, collaborating with internal teams and third parties as needed. - Support the tools and processes for storing, reporting, and analyzing management information and key performance data. - Ensure robust procedures are in place and followed for relevant systems. - Maintain high-quality service data in IT systems in compliance with corporate and service-level data retention protocols. ###

We offer a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with full-time hours of 37 per week from Monday to Friday, at a salary range of £30,293 to £34,116 per annum.
