Requirements
Must:
- Outstanding executive-level presentation skills, with a track record of challenging and shaping perspectives of senior clients and internal decision-makers.
- Demonstrated 12+ years of relevant experience working at a senior level in a fast-moving, client-driven environment.
- Recognized domain insight leadership with 5+ years of domain-specific research and analysis activity.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work well both as part of a team and independently in a global, multi-cultural, and virtual environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information, review data inputs, and provide analytic insights.
- Succinct and structured oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities
- Engage with and challenge senior domain stakeholders, providing commercial and provocative perspectives on the issues facing the domain.
- Develop strong internal and external relationships, participating in client meetings, roundtables, and other events.
- Establish the Insights strategy for the domain, driving the development and co-creation of insights beyond publicly available information.
- Create and activate external thought leadership, identifying cross-domain Point of View (POV) sharing opportunities.
- Combine multiple perspectives and sources to develop compelling points of view that drive results.
- Identify issues and trends that translate into key market-facing initiatives and opportunities for EY.
- Work closely with Insights leadership and other Analysts to support domain leadership and other senior stakeholders.
- Share best practices with colleagues across domains, contributing to the development of core products and services.
