Requirements
Must:
- Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes and delivering results across organizational boundaries
- Understanding of SAP technology and business benefits of relevant SAP products and solutions
- Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company
- Tax experience
- Proven track record in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
- Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and provide enablement services in various areas such as relationship management, governance oversight, and marketing strategy
- Self-starter capable of working independently while maintaining communication with the team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse personalities and cultures
Responsibilities
- Execute SAP alliance European strategy and objectives
- Facilitate top-to-top SAP relationships and manage program execution for strategic initiatives
- Drive results through disciplined governance with accountability across various levels and SAP counterparts
- Execute SAP business reviews providing insights to European SAP Alliance executives
- Ensure local Super Region activation and compliance of SAP partner programs
- Deliver complete and accurate financial reporting on SAP impact and influence
- Activate new countries and regions with proper governance in place including executive relationships and operating cadence
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and requirements
- Collaborate with enablement and BMC teams to define marketing messaging for European execution
- Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network through content sharing and market insights
