Requirements
Must:
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- 5+ years of work experience in technical / enterprise architecture role
- Proven client experience in delivering projects utilising both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience of designing and implementing IT roadmaps and blueprints
- IT application design
- Marketing, Product Catalog, CRM and customer telephony experience
- TOGAF, TM Forum, SAFe, ITIL
- AI experience is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify key challenges and develop business cases.
- Work on discrete consulting projects and large-scale technology transformations.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions, presenting innovative technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Conduct assessments of current and target state architectures and develop roadmaps.
- Collaborate with functional and technical resources to define effective technical solutions.
- Participate in preparing compelling bid responses and proposals as part of the solution sales lifecycle.
