Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or masters level education in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in mobile device forensic examinations for the Criminal Justice System
- Experience in an ISO 17025:2017 & FSR CODES accredited environment
- Excellent understanding of mobile device technologies and applications
- Familiarity with Cloud storage facilities, SQL Databases, and PLISTs
- Strong knowledge of forensic capabilities, tools, and techniques
- Experience in media file categorization
- Possession of Nationally Accredited Grader qualifications is preferred
- Ability to report information in a concise and professional manner
- Proficient in the use and interpretation of forensic imaging, processing, and analytical software/hardware
- Positive attitude and passion for learning
- Courtroom experience and method development/validation experience is preferred
- Must be over the age of 18 and have 5 years continuous residency in the UK for security clearance
Responsibilities
- Conduct forensic examinations on mobile devices for the Criminal Justice System and corporations
- Ensure high-quality service delivery on time
- Maintain and improve quality management systems
- Utilize mobile device technologies and forensic tools effectively
- Categorize media files appropriately
- Prepare concise and professional reports based on findings
- Participate in method development and validation processes as required
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated in the field
