Requirements
Must:
- Active SC Clearance (Security Check)
- 3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
- Proven track record with modules like ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Service Portal
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery in secure or regulated environments
- Ability to work independently in high-compliance government projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow modules and workflows
- Ensure performance, compliance, and reliability in sensitive environments
- Collaborate with security and DevOps teams
