Requirements
Must:
- 3 years’ experience in AV system design, room integration & project management.
- Advanced understanding of AV system functionality, integration, programming and techniques.
- Proficiency with Office365, project management software and CAD.
- Extensive knowledge of video networks, video over IP, switching, DSPs, audio distribution and control processors.
- Creative problem-solving, logical deployment skills, agile under pressure, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to read and comprehend project technical documents including engineering and architectural design, timelines, acoustical reports, and construction documents.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project launch, coordination and completion.
- Play a key role in standardizing equipment, strategies, and overall large projects.
- Oversee preventative maintenance, upkeep and escalations for all conference areas throughout our global footprint.
- Design systems, manage project schedules, risk, and communicate goals to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with teams across the globe to ensure project delivery, budget, and installation management.
- Upgrade firmware, coding and ensure adherence to industry standards for all equipment.
- Coordinate with partners to schedule techs, programmers & engineers for deployment.
- Assist with project handover, manage pending project list, project reports and programming bugs/issues.
- Work with construction teams, vendors, consultants and field teams to deliver global design.
- Provide documentation including change requests, expenditure requests, timelines, milestone notifications and project handover.
- Troubleshoot urgent escalations, software issues and any other related issues pertaining to completed projects.
- Manage tasks, finance, personnel and partners to successfully deliver project objectives.
