Responsibilities
- Join our lean, high-performing data science team of three in a high-growth Fintech company, making significant strides in the financial services sector.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from identifying opportunities to deploying effective models, while collaborating closely with business leaders to deliver measurable solutions.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders to understand business pain points, propose intelligent solutions, and develop predictive models that influence critical company decisions.
Description
We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000, with some flexibility for the right candidate. In this role, you will have high visibility and autonomy; your contributions will directly impact business outcomes without getting lost in layers of hierarchy. You will enjoy a direct line to senior leadership and have real influence over business decisions while working alongside sharp, passionate individuals who are dedicated to solving real-world problems with data. This position is based in our Nottingham office for four days a week, fostering face-to-face collaboration and direct influence.
