Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in training, enablement, or learning design roles within an enterprise technology environment.
- I am looking for someone with proven hands-on experience in delivering and designing training for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
- You should possess expert-level experience in designing, creating, and maintaining in-app guidance content within Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles, blended learning design, and change enablement frameworks, particularly in the context of large-scale ERP rollouts, is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as you will need to confidently deliver training to diverse audiences, from end-users to executives.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to develop and implement a comprehensive, role-based training roadmap for the Oracle Fusion application deployment and ongoing usage.
- You will become the subject matter expert for Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) and will own the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of OGL to create engaging in-app guidance flows, while monitoring analytics for continuous improvement.
- I need you to design and deliver diverse learning formats, including workshops, webinars, video content, job aids, and detailed process documentation (playbooks).
- You will be responsible for delivering cohesive enablement strategies across various enterprise systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and CRM platforms.
- Collaboration is key; you will work closely with IT, Finance, HR, Business Process Owners, and external implementation partners to translate complex system designs into clear and effective training.
- You should define and track KPIs (e.g., user adoption rates, task success rates) using OGL dashboards and analytics to measure training effectiveness and refine programs iteratively.
