Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with 10 years of experience in delivering enterprise technology solutions, including a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated technical delivery or leadership role. You should have proven experience managing complex, multi-system landscapes, particularly with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) and other major enterprise platforms (such as Salesforce, Workday, or SAP). Expertise in integration technologies like OIC, API Gateway, MuleSoft, or comparable integration services is essential. A strong understanding of cloud technologies (OCI, Azure, AWS) and their integration points with core enterprise systems is required, along with familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code concepts. You should also possess a solid knowledge of security and compliance (e.g., SOX/ITIL) and data governance principles. Exceptional leadership, technical management, and communication skills to handle complex stakeholder relationships are crucial.
Responsibilities
In the role of Technical Delivery Lead, you will lead the planning, execution, and timeline management for concurrent, complex technology projects, ensuring seamless delivery across platforms like Oracle Fusion, CRM, and data analytics systems. You will collaborate with solution architects to validate designs across diverse technology stacks (Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, etc.), overseeing integration design and implementation while enforcing best practices across platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API Gateways. Additionally, you will define and enforce technical delivery frameworks, code quality standards, and documentation requirements, working closely with Test & Release teams to manage build validation, UAT readiness, and technical go-live execution. You will collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal configuration and performance of environments (OCI, Azure, AWS) while promoting DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices to streamline deployments. As the primary technical point of contact, you will lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams (internal, vendor, offshore) and communicate proactively about progress, technical risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
