Requirements
Must:
- SME Software Pedigree: Experience in a small-to-medium software vendor with a focus on collaborative environments.
- React & React Native Mastery: 5 years of production-grade experience with a deep understanding of state management (Zustand/Redux) and API integration.
- AI Enthusiast: Practical experience using LLMs to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Product Mindset: A desire to understand business domains and customer workflows for improved outcomes.
- Resilience: Comfort operating in high-impact teams with a focus on uptime and operational reliability.
- Bonus Points: Experience in Logistics, Aviation, or Enterprise SaaS; exposure to WebSockets, real-time systems, or Native Android development; background in C#, Python, or SQL.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement a modern front-end ecosystem utilizing React for web and React Native for mobile.
- AI Orchestration: Define the guardrails for AI-assisted coding, determining the balance between LLMs and traditional engineering practices.
- High-Stakes UX: Create clean, efficient interfaces that transform complex, data-heavy B2B workflows focusing on speed and clarity.
- Technical Authority: Mentor fellow engineers and establish standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Rapid Prototyping: Utilize modern AI prototyping tools to swiftly iterate on UI concepts.
